TestFlight feedback
Testers invited by email can open the eOCI Vault TestFlight page on their own device and use Send Beta Feedback for the current build.
Before reporting an import problem
Describe the screen, device, app version, and non-sensitive error wording without exposing document data. Do not attach a real source document or screenshot containing identity information.
Official questions
For OCI status or correction, use Official OCI Services. For Indian e-Visa information, use the official Indian e-Visa portal. eOCI Vault cannot determine official status or travel eligibility.
